ANNA QUINN’S PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
Anna started working out with the sole intention of growing her glutes. She quickly found that although there was an abundance of information and programs, most of the influencers promoting them seemed to already have glutes before they started training. Within the first year of her personal fitness journey, Anna’s quest for more knowledge led her to obtaining her first (of 4) personal training certifications, and later landing her first job as a Personal Trainer at Golds Gym. Her passion for muscular development grew as Anna learned more about the art of “shaping” one’s body into the physique they desire.
