INTENSIVE TRAINING

Get 60-90 minutes of intensive training, in-person, with Modest Muscle Lead PT, Anna Quinn. Sessions can be scheduled 1-2x each month.

Glute Optimization

Anna will assess the clients form with several glute-dominant exercises, and adjust the clients form based on their anatomy to get optimal glute engagement. She’ll point out any imbalances and help the client correct them, as well as educate them on the essential exercises they need to include in their training to reach their glute goals.

Joint Saver Sessions

These sessions will be specifically targeted for anyone who has joint pain. Whether it’s knees, elbows, shoulders, etc, Anna will assess the clients form and make adjustments to take the pressure off of the joints and redirect it to the muscle the client is trying to engage.

Pelvic Floor / Core Correction

The primary focus of this session will be to re-engage the clients pelvic floor (and get them to use their abs more). Anna will assess the clients form in common ab exercises (planks, leg drops etc), and make adjustments to the clients form to get more core activation throughout the movement. This is not only great for any moms who may have suffered minimal diastasis recti, but also for anyone who experiences pain in their low back.

Stretching and Conditioning

Anna will take the client through a stretching / conditioning routine based on their unique goals, pains, and exercise regimen. The client is encouraged to take videos and notes during this session and implement this into their regular routine.

We have all of our clients schedule out their workouts in the Modest Muscle app. If you miss your workout (and don’t reschedule), we automatically get an email letting us know. This helps us track your consistency (and recognize when it’s lacking!)
No! Your program will be customized based on the equipment available to you.
Your rests will be timed in the app – just hit “start” on the timer after completing the exercise, and you’ll rest for the time your trainer has allotted.
No, the app is free to our clients as long as they continue training.
Yes! Not only do we include a meal plan, but we include unlimited modifications/adjustments to your meal plan. If you’re traveling, eating out at a restaurant, hungry, or bored with your meal plan, we’ll help you with a plan of action, and/or get a new meal plan up for you within 24 hours.
Yes! We are able to work around your dietary restrictions / preferences. We want this to be a meal plan you not only enjoy, but can stay consistent with!
We never post client photos without obtaining permission first.
No! However, if we think a gym membership is necessary to reach your specific goals, we may strongly recommend obtaining one down the road – or at least investing in some in-home gym equipment.
Once you join the Modest Muscle Training App, you’ll be required to fill out a detailed consultation form with more information about your schedule / availability to workout. The amount of workouts your trainer chooses to give you will be based on your goals, the information you provide in your consultation form, and any other regular physical activity necessary to be taken into account.
The workouts will be customized for you, so however long you have. If you have limited time for workouts, let your trainer know so your workouts can be designed accordingly! Otherwise, most workouts are in the 60-90min range, depending on how long it takes for you to set up machines, move around, etc.
Absolutely! The form videos provided give very thorough instructions on how to do your workouts – and if you’re ever unsure, you can always reach out to our team for support. Your workouts will be customized based on your previous level of physical activity – and if they’re too hard, all you have to do is let us know and we’ll have easier workouts / modifications up within 24 hours.
No. We have plenty of resources to help you maintain consistent results when you’re traveling; your coach will always just be one text message away. Our goal is to not only help you stay on track while you’re traveling, but to help you learn new healthy habits that don’t change just because your schedule / location has.
We have many different payment options – but before discussing those, we want to make sure you’d be a good fit for our 1:1 coaching program. We only discuss payment options over the phone after we’ve mutually decided it’s a good fit.
